As well as working with individual clients, we work with many leading international companies to secure suitable homes for their employees when relocating to London.
Combining a meticulous and conscientious approach, we are trusted to look after our clients on their relocation journey, and deliver results that they would not be able to achieve by themselves.
Our Fees
This includes an exhaustive search of all rental properties available, including those deemed ‘off-market’ to private individuals, and a full day of accompanied viewings.
It is extremely rare that we would need to start a new search and do a second day of viewings. However, if we do, this will be charged at £1,200.
This service also includes all negotiation of rent and tenancy terms, and project management of the entire rental process including approving the tenancy agreement, referencing, fund transfers and snagging.

Providing an excellent service to tenants encourages renewals, and minimising void periods between tenancies is key to your property achieving its best possible rental yield. We handle all the negotiations and paperwork and, since we guarantee no renewal fees, you’ll save on average an extra 6% per year.

Reporting all income and expenditure to you on a regular basis, we will share our expertise and provide you with honest and valuable advice about the long-term management of your property. Combined with the money we save you on letting fees, which is on average 18% of the total rent over a three year tenancy, we are determined to help you achieve the best return on your investment.
If you own a portfolio of properties, we can help you consolidate, handle all paperwork in house, standardise your tenancy agreements and provide one point of contact for any solicitors, banks or anyone who requires performance information.
