No stone unturned
Our property search process is refined and exhaustive. After fully examining the open market we also investigate the rental market for potential purchases (or the sales market for rentals), search archives for properties that never sold, make direct approaches, and use our status in the industry to access discreet or off market properties.
Nearly half of the properties we show our clients are not available on the open market.

Our Fees
This includes an exhaustive search of all rental properties available, including those deemed ‘off-market’ to private individuals, and a full day of accompanied viewings.
It is extremely rare that we would need to start a new search and do a second day of viewings. However, if we do, this will be charged at £1,200.
This service also includes all negotiation of rent and tenancy terms, and project management of the entire rental process including approving the tenancy agreement, referencing, fund transfers and snagging.

Our fee includes all negotiation of rent and tenancy terms and project management of the entire rental process including contracts, referencing, fund transfers, check-in, inventory, utilities transfer and snagging.
